The 4th General Assembly meeting of RISC-KIT took place between the 17th and 19th of June in Berlin, Germany, with the attendance of the International Expert Board

group

The 4th General Assembly meeting of the RISC-KIT project took place in Berlin, Germany, between the 17th and the 19th of June 2015. This meeting was very important for RISC-KIT's consortium, as we got to present all the progress we have made in the 20 first months of the project to the International Expert Board and receive their feedback. Professor Denise Reed from the University of New Orleans, U.S.A., Dr. Nathaniel Plant from the Coastal and Marine Science Center of U.S. Geological Service, Dr. Michael Paolisso from the University of Maryland, U.S.A., Professor Charles Lemckert from Griffith University, Australia, Dr. Jay Veeramony from the Naval Research Lab, U.S. Navy, and Mr. Laurent Montador from CCR re-insurance, France, received a thorough overview of what has been achieved until now in RISC-KIT as well as our future workplan and provided their insightful comments and inputs, to help us reach the project's goals successfully.

RISC-KIT has made a lot of progress that is obvious through the many Public Deliverables now ready and available for use. We will proceed towards the future with the implementation of the Tool-kit in the 11 Case Study sites of the project. New, important results will be soon available through our website!
