ISCRAM 2016 hears about RISC-KIT's INDRA model, part of the CRAF tool.

RISC-KIT's Christophe Viavattene, from the Middlesex University Flood Risk Hazard Centre, took part in The 13th International Conference on Information Systems for Crisis Response and Management, 22-25 May 2016, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
In his presentation - “INDRA model: for a better assessment of coastal events disruptions” - Christophe Viavattene, Sally Priest, Damon Owen, Dennis Parker, Paula Micou, Sophie Ly - he outlined
new methodologies, developed during RISC-KIT, for assessing the indirect impacts of storm events. You can read the abstract of the presentation here.
The methodologies are available in the INDRA model, which forms part of the Coastal Risk Assessment Framework (CRAF), and provided on the RISC-KIT website.
